I'm a chef in Austin, and I've got a knack for sensible eating that doesn't feel like diet food.

For five years I've been cooking fun, healthy food for many happy customers.  I started with zero experience and no training and simply figured it out through trial (and error!).

At home, I'm just trying to feed myself and my husband.  Sometimes that means nice lean meals with tons of veggies.  Sometimes we pop a bottle of red and order a pizza.  I'm not a diet nut, but I do try to make good choices more often than not.

In this blog I'd like to share my tricks.  Not "professional cheffy" stuff, but real help you can put to use every day.  You probably have a lot to share as well.  I hope we can all help each other out.
